Every relationship contains a space between two people.
That space can hold trust, possibility, curiosity, and connection. It can also hold assumptions, misunderstandings, resentment, silence, and experiences that have never been named.
Relational leadership begins by learning to notice and explore that space.
This eight-week interactive cohort will help you develop the awareness, language, and practical skills to approach important relationships with greater curiosity and intention. Together, we will examine what exists between intention and impact, stimulus and response, conflict and connection, and who you are today and the leader you are becoming.

The space between is where our internal experience meets another person’s. It may hold...
The stories we tell ourselves before we have asked what is actually true.
The willingness to replace quick conclusions with genuine inquiry and openness.
The pause in which we can choose how we want to show up.
The difference between what you meant and what another person experienced.
The possibility of greater understanding, repair, and trust.
The ongoing journey between who you are today and the leader you are growing into.
